I have been there, I have worked for the franchises. For 15 years I have done "My Job". But that's not enough anymore. We started this business because I'm sick of the big franchises pushing the market in the way that fits inside their perfect box. I have worked for so many of them and grew tired of watching people put up with it. We have so much competition out there that people shouldn't be settling for the perfect box. They shouldn't pay for the "safe" option with a corporate chain of managers orchestrating how they should or should not treat you. Each client is different, and I have enough experience to give that and having my own business gives me the flexibility to do that. Now, the delicate subject.
They say the most expensive mechanic is a cheap mechanic, and it can be said to be the same when it comes to transactions in Real Estate. Yes, some agencies are more affordable but like most industries paying less usually means less quality. Really, would you work for minimum wage and go out of your way 24/7 with a heart full of passion. I wouldn't, and that's why I have lasted so long.
Before deciding, do the calculations. Are you getting monkeys? Or are you getting a professional to manage hundreds and thousands of dollars in your investment and super incomes?
8.8% is our standard fee.
7.7% per property if you entrust me with two. It's less work for me, so you should pay less.
6.6% per property if you have three or more. Why? Because it costs me less and in the end, it will cost you less.
